We are thrilled to announce that Dancing for Eternity will once again be participating in Giving Tuesday, a global event taking place on November 28, 2023.

As we join forces with countless transformative organizations, our aim is to make a lasting difference in the lives of aspiring ballet dancers. On Giving Tuesday, our goal is to secure enough resources to fully fund ballet scholarships for four students.

We humbly request your support in accomplishing this ambitious goal. By considering a contribution towards our mission, whether big or small, you will be instrumental in helping us reach our target of $3,000.

We firmly believe that no donation is insignificant, as every act of giving leaves a profound impact and paves the way for these gifted individuals to pursue their passion in the art of ballet.

  • Dancing for Eternity was founded in memory Hope Elizabeth Shaffer, an aspiring ballerina whose dream was to one day provide ballet lessons to students whose families could not afford them.

Dancing for Eternity seeks to honor Jesus by providing dance scholarships and dance opportunities to those who may not be able to afford it.

  • The Dancing for Eternity Scholarship provides funding for one ballet class per week for an entire dance season (typically August - May/June).

  • Each scholarship covers 90% of monthly tuition, recital and costume fees. Families are only required to pay 10% (around $4 - $7) of the monthly tuition and fees for the class.

  • The scholarship is open to any child in the Oklahoma City and surrounding metro area who has a desire to take a ballet class. Family must be able to demonstrate financial need (e.g. Soonercare, free/reduced lunch, etc.)
